I exported a service on to a USB stick but am unable to import it.
What am I doing wrong?
I'm working in a Windows 10 environment.

Hi Again, It should be as simple exporting by going File > Export, saving it to the USB then on the target computer, File> Import and selecting the file from the USB. Can you send me the exported service file to support@songofsongs.co.uk and i'll see if I can spot whats going on. Regards, Gordon

Hi,
One thing that just popped into my mind was after you complete an import you then need to open the imported service. File > Load Service
We are looking for a future release to open the newly imported service automatically

Gordon

I've tried this but I can't see the file in services so I'll send it to you.
Thanks again

Hello! I, too, am having this problem... I go to FILE and click on export, and almost instantly it says it has completed the task. When I look at what has been saved, the file is only 2kb... I feel I'm missing something... I've saved the service to the same jump drive, in case I needed it... Thanks! Chris Edited by user 24 August 2018 01:43:15(UTC)
