I have added a folder into the Music library and I can see that the music player sees the folder as a set list and it sees that I have 4 files in it, but it does not appear to pick up the metadata and tell me what the files are. Nor do I seem to be able to play the files from within Song of Songs, I am intending to use the software to allow me as the preacher to run a whole session.
If I am successful our church may move from a very early version of easy worship to Song of Songs for all our services and not just me with my Cafe Praise service.
So to recap are their instructions on how to use music player and how to make the files appear in the set list and play from within SOng of Songs, please

Hi Neil, Sorry for not getting back earlier, You should be almost there, so if you add a directory (this is the set list name) and then place the music files in to the directory, they should pick up the meta data in the files and display them. If they are not can you email me a couple of the files to support@songofsongs.co.uk and I will have a look and see whats going on. regards. Gordon.
