Good afternoon,
First of all, thank you for your important work.
I belong to an Italian community, and for the first time we are trying to implement multimedia management software.
After having seen some of them, I chose this, because it is simple to use.
As for the video section I was able to associate the correct folder.
I have not tried to import files in Powerpoint yet.
I have a problem importing song lyrics. In one of my folders I have the lyrics of the songs in power point format: how can I import them into the appropriate section?
Is a conversion software necessary?
It is important to keep the possibility of searching in the title or text.
This is the first question; then with use, new questions may arise.

Hi Maurizio,
Unfortunately there is no easy way to convert from power-point to the Song format, apart from going through each of your songs and reentering them into Song of Songs,
I would advice doing them as you need them each week, so its not such a huge task if you have lots of songs.
Once you have them in Song of Songs they will become searchable via title, lyrics, worship leaders etc..
A good idea is to watch the video tutorials on the website it will show you the basics of how to use Song of Songs.
