As a small congregation we do not always have a pianist, so can occasionally be reliant on using video songs for worship. I am using windows 10. Over the past couple of weeks since starting to use song of songs, we have encountered a number of issues which I had put down to system problems, but now feel they are app related. It started with trying to save a title screen at the start of a service schedule - no videos would play if started after the title screen was shown. Now also find any in-flight editing of the service schedule causes video playing glitches and these can only be overcome by stopping and restarting the app. Can you advise / help please?

Hi Richard, Sorry to hear your having problems. We haven't hear of any problems like this, but we are happy to have a look into it. If you can export the service, by going to the 'menu > Service > Export Service' save an exported service file and email or give us a link where we can download it at support@songofsongs.co.uk so we can investigate, and see if we can spot any problems. Thanks. Gordon

If you need further examples, please let me know, although it should be easy for you to replicate. We have discontinued use at present as it is too unstable. Having to reboot several times during a service has a negative impact on our worship experience. Please let me know when an update is released as we do otherwise like the app.
Regards Richard

Oh a follow up. It would probably also be a good idea to update the VLC plugin too. If you update VLC to 3.0.4 or uninstall VLC and installed the latest version from http://download.songofso...rces/vlc-3.0.4-win32.exeIt helps with play back and smoother playback. regards, Gordon
